Magnesium sulphate, also known as epsom salt, is obtained from mineral waters, so it has multiple benefits whether it is ingested or used to make cosmetic products. It has a slightly laxative action and helps the proper functioning of muscles and bones. Topically it can be used to make body peelings.
Oral use: 2 grams a day in juice or water outside of meals.
