Balsamic vinegar made with different types of wines. It has a sweet taste and dark colour. It is a good dressing for any dish, although it goes very well with meats, stews and salads. You have to be careful because it is a strong flavored vinegar and a generous dose can ruin the dish. Its elaboration is respectful with the environment, it does not contain sulphites and the grapes with which it has been elaborated have not been sprayed with pesticides or other aggressive products against the environment or human health.
