Kuzo Gris is a Japanese binder that comes from the starch of the kuzo plant. Its flavor is neutral so it does not affect the taste of food. It binds effectively to soups, sauces and hot desserts. It is vegetable and gluten free.

Dissolve in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water before use.
