Description

Wakame is a seaweed with a high content of calcium and iodine. It contains B vitamins, iron and folic acid. It contains very few calories and its natural pigments have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and metabolism accelerating properties. From sustainable and artisanal agriculture. Suitable for vegans.

Instructions for use

Fresh: It can be bought fresh or dehydrated. If it is the second option we can soak it for 5 minutes and let it hydrate. We can use it in salads or a plate of seaweed with sesame, to taste of the consumer. In dry form: Crumble and put it as a garnish in salads or in dishes. Soup: Leave the seaweed in a bowl in the fridge for a week. Use this water to make miso soup or with any regular recipe.
