The Herbalist Naturalist is a herbal infusion that has traditionally been used to promote the health of our diuretic system. These plants are barberry, artichoke, boldo, dandelion, gatuña and bearberry.

This infusion will be useful in the following cases:

  • - To help reduce and excrete kidney and gallstones.
  • - In cases of urine retention.

Instructions for use

Boil one or two tablespoons in a cup of water for 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand and strain before drinking. It is recommended to consume 2 to 3 cups daily.
