Relieves joint pain

Description

Blue gel compress to use with cold or heat on joints to relieve pain due to sprains, tendinitis, arthritis, tear or contracture. It has gel beads that help to better distribute heat or cold depending on the case. Thanks to the built-in adjustment strap, it can be placed on the ankle, wrist or elbow. Made with non-toxic materials and reusable.

Instructions for use

- For cold therapy: put in the freezer for at least two hours.

- For heat therapy: place in the microwave oven for the time and at the temperature indicated in the product instructions.
