Product details
- Open the bag only at the time of use. The belt may take up to 30 minutes before it reaches its therapeutic temperature.
- Place the compress on the dark side of the skin of the lower back or hip, the sensitive spot.
- If you are 55 or older, apply the compress on a garment more directly than on the skin.
- Press firmly. For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to wear ThermaCare for 8 hours at a time.
- Do not wear for more than 8 hours per 24-hour period.
