For cold application:
- Place the bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
- Check the temperature before applying it to the affected area.

- After use, return the bag to the freezer for future applications.
Regarding hot use:
- The bag should be at room temperature before heating it in the microwave.
- It is suggested to heat it at full power for 30 seconds, checking the temperature immediately afterward.
- If necessary, heat in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
- Be careful not to apply it if it is too hot.
It is important not to apply the bag for more than 20 consecutive minutes, whether cold or hot. Professional supervision is recommended if there is any doubt about the use of the bag.
