Shake before use.
For facial sunscreen, apply evenly about two tablespoons of sunscreen to clean skin on face, neck and chest, 30 minutes before sun exposure.
For body sunscreen, apply to clean, dry skin half an hour before exposure to the sun to ensure maximum protection.
Avoid eye contact.
Massage until completely absorbed.
To upkeep protection, repeat every 2 hours or after bathing, sweating or drying off.

Don't forget to apply aftersun to help maintain the skin's antioxidants and to provide the daily hydration it needs. If you take photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is especially important to follow these recommendations.
