Tul Gras Solvay is a sterile compress indicated for the treatment of superficial burns (1ᵉ and 2ᵉ degrees) and the healing of open wounds or wounds with exudate.
Made of 100% hydrophilic gauze impregnated with petroleum jelly, its wide mesh favors exudate drainage and provides good wound aeration.
Non-allergenic and non-adherent, this protective dressing facilitates physiological wound cleansing.
