It is a product that in its formulation combines the benefits of vegetable keratin or phytokeratin and pro-vitamin B5. This active ingredient is a compound of free amino acids that come from corn, soy and wheat. It increases the amount of free amino acids in the hair, providing moisture and flexibility. Keratin is a protein naturally found in the body. It is one of the main components in hair, nails and the skin’s top layer, the epidermis. It is a component that is generally associated with hair health.

Keratin provides structure to the hair from root to tip (it makes up 80% of the hair fibre). The hair cuticle made up of keratin-containing cells is responsible for protecting the inside of the hair and maintaining its colour and shine.

Inadequate brushing, or external factors such as pollution or heat from hairdryers and straighteners, cause the cuticle to deteriorate and make the hair look dry, fragile and porous.
