Product details

Vichy Dercos Anti-Dandruff Shampoo Dry Hair 400ml is a daily use shampoo for dry hair that acts on the scalp, regulating the production of dandruff from the first application and eliminating it for up to 6 weeks. It helps to soothe itching and discomfort, and provides a feeling of cleanliness.

Formulated with selenium and cohesyl, perfect for moisturizing the hair and providing greater comfort to the scalp.

Dermatologically tested.

  • For the first use, apply to wet scalp, massage into scalp, leave on for 2 minutes and rinse.
  • For subsequent washes, apply, massage and rinse.

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a skin condition that usually affects the scalp. It can also affect other oily areas of the body such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.

Persistent scaling with itching or discomfort usually occurs. Its formation is related to excessive activity of the sebaceous glands and alteration of the skin microbiome (overgrowth of fungi of the genus Malassezia). It can be aggravated by the effect of some medications.

Certain factors can trigger the appearance of seborrhoeic dermatitis, so it is advisable to keep them at bay or take preventive measures: stress, extreme temperatures, oily skin or skin with underlying acne, excessive alcohol consumption or obesity.

To improve seborrhoeic dermatitis, it is recommended to use non-irritating face soaps and/or shampoos with specific ingredients to counteract the problem (sebum-regulating, soothing, keratolytic, antipruritic, plant extracts with antiseptic and antifungal properties, etc.). In the case of shampoos, I recommend alternating their use with another very gentle and balancing cleanser. In a facial routine, as well as a specific facial cleanser, complete the treatment with an emulsion that includes some of the ingredients described above, and oil-free sunscreen. I recommend avoiding soaps that are too astringent, as well as cosmetics with too much of an oily phase, so as not to increase the sebum in the skin.

Tiene un olor muy fuerte, se queda en todo el baño cuando lo uso. Para mí no es agradable. There are 4 years and no results so far.
