Dietary supplement indicated for the correct obtaining of iron, biotin and L-cystine. Biotin is a compound that contributes to the creation of carbohydrates, which convert food into energy. It also keeps the skin, hair, eyes and nervous system healthy. L-cystine prevents cardiovascular risk, helps control blood glucose levels and decrease the damage of cardiovascular accidents. This Vigorix product is ideal as a source of iron, preventing the user from the side effects of iron intake, such as stomach discomfort or discolouration of the stool. Iron, in turn, contributes to a good formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin allowing the transport of oxygen in the body. It is suitable for diabetics.

Take 2 capsules a day for a minimum of two months.

L-cystine, Zinc (heptahydrate sulphate), Iron (heptahydrate sulphate), pantothenic acid (calcium salt), vitamin B6, D-biotin.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
