Vigornail 90Capis a zinc-based food supplement that helps keep nails in optimal condition.
It also contains L-cystine which is a sulfur amino acid constituent of keratin.
Indicated for nail growth.
Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water or other liquid preferably with meals and for a minimum of 2 months

It is a very good product, the only one that has worked for me so far out of all the ones I have tried. It strengthens peeling nails and makes them smoother without ridges.
