These VIT'ALL capsules are composed of some of the main vitamins. Vitamins B12 and B9 are part of the family of B vitamins, known for converting nutrients into energy. One is methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), the quaternary vitamin B9 and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6).
