Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule a day with liquid (water or juice). It can be consumed during specific or continuous periods.

Composition per capsule (500mg): vitamin C 80mg (L-ascorbic acid); niacin 16mg NE (nicotinamide); vitamin E 12mg a-TE (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); pantothenic acidvitamin B6 1,4mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B2 1,4mg (riboflavin); vitamin B1 1,1mg (thiamine hydrochloride); vitamin A 800ug RE (retinyl acetate); folic acid 200ug (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); biotin 50ug (D-Biotin); vitamin K 75ug (phylloquinone); vitamin D 5ug (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 2,5ug (cyanocobalamin); iron 10mg; zinc 5mg; manganese 1mg; copper 0,5mg; iodine 100ug; selenium 27,5ug; molybdenum 25ug; chromium 20ug.
