226ERS Endurance Bar Bcaas banana and ginger 60g are delicious bars with a very nutritious banana and ginger flavour that provide a varied mix of carbohydrates and 9 added vitamins to improve the transformation of carbohydrates into energy. They also contain essential amino acids BCAAs in 8:1:1 ratio (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine).

They contain amylopectin, the slowest energy releasing carbohydrate with the fastest gastric emptying and best assimilation.

Composition

Dates, dried figs, almonds, flaky rice, flaky rice, flaky banana (5%), corn amylopectin, branched amino acids (1.5%)(1.2% l-leucine, 0.15% l-valine, 0.15% l-isoleucine), rice syrup, ginger (<1%), vitamin complex (b1, b12, b2, b3, b5, b6, b9, c, e), natural banana flavour, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
