A. Vogel Absolut Arnica Gel 100ml is a massage gel based on fresh arnica montana flowers. It is especially indicated for the symptomatic relief of rheumatic pain, back pain, muscle aches, sprains and muscle tension pains.
The fresh yellow flowers of arnica montana are organically grown, hand-picked and macerated with alcohol and water to create the tincture base of this cream.
Apply a thin layer of gel with a gentle massage, 2-3 times a day. Do not apply on wounds and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.
Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.
In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.
It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Good for joint pain
I can't rate it... I've started using it but it's for a person with Alzheimer's and she can't tell me how it is. Yes I can say that being a gel is not very dense and is very pleasant to give.
It's a gel...a little Cheek for it 100ml can and it melts fast...it doesn't give time to get majase...
