Gluten-free baking flour mix for making recipes suitable for coeliacs. Recommended for preparations such as breads, pastries, pizzas, cakes, fresh pasta and sauces. Made from corn starch, corn flour, salt and antioxidants. They provide the body with fast absorption energy and fibres that favour good digestion. It is a certified organic product made in Spain.
Corn starch, corn flour, dextrose, thickeners (E-415, E-466 and E-464), salt, emulsifier (E-472e and E-471), raising agents (E-500ii, E-541i and E-341), preservative (E-200) and antioxidant (E-300).
