This Alemany honey comes from the production of bees from the flowers of wild vegetation, in mountain forest climates. This honey is rich in nutrients, as it was produced from the nectar of many flowers and in natural ecosystems. Its colour is dark amber. Its aroma is intense and persistent, reminiscent of the forest in autumn. Its flavour is very pronounced.
