The Rosemary Honey produced by Alemany is organic. It is 100% without sweeteners or chemicals. Its production is completely national, as it is harvested in Aragon and Catalonia during the spring season. Belonging to a premium selection, it has a very light colour although it is a pure honey. Its taste is sweet and with slight notes that are a little more acidic. Its aroma is very mild and its texture allows it to be used as a spread, as an ingredient in cooking or as an accompaniment. Honey is rich in antioxidants, antimicrobials, vitamins and amino acids. It is a natural preservative and contains very few minerals. Being organic, it can be used in beauty routines as part of a natural mask. It is recommended to be consumed within 20 months of the date indicated on the packaging.
