Alfamino Hmo Powder Oral 400G from NESTLÉ is an elemental infant formula for infants with severe cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) and special nutritional needs from birth. It is hypoallergenic and does not contain lactose or gluten. It provides complete nutrition based on free amino acids.
It incorporates human milk oligosaccharides (HMO) such as 2'-FL and LNnT, aimed at supporting intestinal health and the immune system. It includes medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) to facilitate digestion and absorption. Additionally, it contains:
- DHA and ARA: support brain and visual development
- Iron: to prevent anemia
It is indicated for severe CMPA, multiple intolerances, galactosemia, or chronic diarrhea. It is nutritionally complete up to 6 months as the sole source and is recommended by specialists.
