Description

A hygienic pear made of top quality rubber (although the cannula is not made of rubber in this model), which is characterized by its long duration.

For sterilization, there are different methods:

  • Boiling water: put in boiling water for no longer than 10 minutes.
  • Gas: using ethylene oxide.
  • Radiation: sterilization by gamma radiation (attention: with this method the color of the rubber may vary slightly)

Instructions for use

  • The tip of the irrigation tube (cannula) is smeared with a little oil or petroleum jelly so that it can penetrate the anus without difficulty.
  • Place plenty of toilet paper or other absorbent paper next to the patient's buttocks to avoid staining the sheets when removing the tube (drip) once it is in place.
  • Pre-exhaust all the air in the rubber hose.
  • Once you are sure that the temperature of the liquid in the enema is correct, you must lower it slowly.
  • If the patient complains of pain due to entering too quickly, you should stop the circulation of the liquid by compressing the rubber tube with your fingers, until the discomfort has disappeared.
  • The patient should retain its contents for as long as possible (about 15 minutes) until he or she goes to the bathroom to evacuate it.

It's the size I wanted, I bought it not for its function, but to blow a reflex camera. I thought I would give more air, but it's fine. Blue color as in the photo but not printed acofarma on the pear.Pera N12, price of 7.35 and not 6.13 euros
