Adjuvant gel for external use indicated to help combat acute pain in muscles and joints. Recommended for bruises, strains, sprains and overloads. It is composed of a medical formula made with: arnica extract, mountain pine oil, rosemary and sage. Through massage, the gel penetrates the skin and relieves pain.

Apply as needed up to a maximum of 3 times a day, an amount of approx. 1-2cm of gel.
Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.
Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.
In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.
It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.
Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
