1. Wash your hands well with water and soap whenever you handle a bottle and sterilize all utensils before using them. 2. Following the dosing chart, pour the appropriate amount of water into the bottle. It is advisable to use natural mineral water suitable for preparing baby food and that is warm for better dissolution of the powder. If using tap water, boil enough and let it cool to 40ºC. 3. Add the corresponding number of level and uncompacted scoops to the bottle. Measure each feeding exactly using only the scoop found inside and using the leveling tool of the container. 4. Cap the bottle and shake it vigorously in an upright position for 10 seconds, until the powder is completely dissolved. 5. Test the temperature of the food before giving it to the baby. Once the feeding is finished, discard any leftover food and clean all utensils used.
