Clean and dry the skin before application, ensuring that the bunion area is clean of all traces of creams and oils. Remove the top and then the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive area. Apply the dressing firmly over the bunion, making sure that the edges do not form folds. Keep it in place until it begins to peel off on its own. The dressing may remain adhered for several days.
