The photo of the product does not correspond to the one received, they send us the "shine" shampoo instead of the "intense repair" that appears in the photo of the product. The response from PROMOFARMA support is that it is the same product because it has the same EAN or product identifier. After several complaints and requests, the return and shipping costs are not taken care of and the support is only in writing, unclear and with no intention of solving the problem.
