Arkopharma Arkobiotics Vitamins and Defences Adults 7 units is a dietary supplement formulated with 5 live lactic ferments, vitamins A, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D and Zinc, which helps the normal immune function while providing extra energy in times of exhaustion or tiredness.
It also helps to care for gut bacteria.
For occasional use: Take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 2 weeks a month, with a week's break in between.
For long-term use: Take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 1 week a month.
Place the "opener cap", which is included in the pack, on the cap of the unidosis and press it firmly with both thumbs.
After feeling 2 "clicks", the contents of the unidose cap fall into the solution, causing a light veil of powder that guarantees the hermeticity of the bottles.
Shake vigorously. Remove the "opener cap". As a precaution, before drinking, make sure that the aluminium foil remains attached to the cap of the unidosis.
If taking antibiotics, it is recommended to separate the intake of Arkobiotics Vitamins and Defences by at least 2 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Lactic ferments are sensitive to high temperatures, which may cause a decrease in lactic ferments.

Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anaemia, which causes symptoms such as muscle weakness, tiredness or fatigue, as well as mood disorders. It is important to consider vitamin B12 supplementation in vegetarian or vegan diets, to try to ensure optimal intake levels and avoid anaemia or weakness. This micronutrient can be found in multivitamin supplements, B-complex supplements and other supplements containing only vitamin B12.

Intensive monthly program: Take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 2 weeks a month, leaving one week of rest between them.
Monthly maintenance program: Take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 1 week a month.
Place the "opening cap" included in the package on the cap of the single dose and press it firmly with both thumbs. After hearing 2 "clicks," the contents of the single dose cap will fall into the solution, creating a slight veil of powder that ensures the airtightness of the bottles. Shake vigorously. Remove the "opening cap." As a precaution, before drinking, confirm that the aluminum foil remains attached to the cap of the single dose.
