Arkopharma Forcapil Hair and Nails 180+60 Capsules is a dietary supplement to improve and strengthen the growth and vitality of hair and nails.

Its formula combines:

  • Vitamin B Complex cell-stimulating
  • Vitamin D: strengthens nails
  • Cystine: promotes hair and nail growth
  • Methionine: antioxidant, improves the health of skin, hair, and nails
  • Biotin: anti-hair loss and strengthens nails
  • Zinc: improves the vitality of skin, hair, and nails

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water.

Composition

L-Cystin, Cellulose, L-Methionine (ethyl cellulose), Vitamin B5, Zinc Oxide, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D3, B8 (Biotin), Vitamin B9. Coating: gelatin.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
