Made from hydrolyzed collagen and native type II, hyaluronic acid, manganese, which helps the normal functioning of muscles. In addition to glucosamine, turmeric and boswellia, active ingredients that contribute to joint well-being, chondroitin and 7 vitamins.

1 flat scoop per day (13 g), preferably in the morning, diluted in a glass of water (200ml) at room temperature.
