Take 1 capsule three times a day, during meals, with a large glass of water. The course should not exceed 20 days, unless advised by a healthcare professional. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years old, individuals with epilepsy, or those with a history of seizures. Store in a place protected from light, heat, moisture, and out of reach of children.
