in my case the effect of this collagen has been so incredible that i have been recommending it to everyone, friends, family and acquaintances. i had a shoulder injury 2 years ago, badly cured (due to sports gymnastics), and i had heard about the good effects of collagen, so i started to investigate and found this brand/laboratory, which according to a pharmacist friend of mine is one of the best. in less than 1 month I could move my arm at all angles (before I couldn't) and the best of all is that I could sleep often again, I spent these 2 years waking up at dawn because of the pain in my shoulder, with tears in my eyes because of the damage, and until I took anti-inflammatory drugs I couldn't get back to sleep. collagen is very good for our body, and we can always take it, taking breaks, my 80 year old mother in law has been taking it for almost 5 years and she recently had a densitometry test and the results were that her bones are much better than someone of her age.
