Take 1 capsule a day every morning with a glass of water or juice, start taking Aspolvit Solar Intensive 2-4 weeks before exposure to the sun, keep for one month after exposure to the sun.

Composition

Beta-carotene 50mg; lycopene 25mg; pomegranate 175mg; green tea 50mg; vitamin d 5 mcg; folic acid 100mcg (50%cdr*); vitamin e 12mg (100cdr*); vitamin c 80mg (100 cdr*).excipients: microcrystalline cellulose; talc; magnesium stearate.
