Atashi® Cellular Perfection Skin Sublime Facial Toner 250ml is a facial toner made from glacial water liposomes, which provide up to 24 hours of hydration. It helps to minimize pores, tighten the skin and restore radiance to the face, which in turn is rejuvenated.

Facial toners are water-based cosmetic products that usually complete the first skin cleansing step in a facial routine, morning and night.
