The product description is wrong. It is not tonic with rose water, but tonic with rose water perfume. Rosewater is not even listed among the ingredients. It contains alcohol in fact it is the second ingredient after water. However, the effect is not bad, it does not dry out the skin in spite of having alcohol. It is not bad if we do not consider that it is not what it promised to be.
