Avène Cleanance Acne Cleansing Gel Oily Skin 400 ml is a purifying cleansing gel with a light foam for oily and/or acne-prone skin.
Formulated with Comedoclastin™, a plant-derived active ingredient from milk thistle seeds that gently cleanses with a mattifying effect to help reduce excess sebum, and Avène thermal water with soothing and anti-irritating properties.
Indicated to purify, mattify, soften, and respect sensitive skin, leaving it clean, fresh, and less shiny.
Apply in the morning and/or at night on damp skin, lather with your fingertips and a drop of water, apply to the face and neck with circular motions, rinse thoroughly and dry by gently patting the face.
Expert advice:
- Clean your face in the morning AND at night to remove excess sebum accumulated during the day and night.
- If the water in your area is "hard," after cleansing with a cleansing gel, finish with a spray of Avène Thermal Water Spray. It will have a soothing and softening effect.
Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.
It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.
It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.
A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
