Description

The use of eucalyptus as an infusion is recommended for those diseases that affect the respiratory tract such as flu, asthma or colds.

The dried leaves of eucalyptus have decongestant and expectorant properties, promoting the deflation of the airways, so that facilitate breathing and thus help to relieve symptoms of colds, flu, bronchitis, among other respiratory conditions.

Its mucolytic properties cause the airways are released, improving our welfare and relieving sore throat and other discomforts of such diseases.

Instructions for use

Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
