Description

It is indicated, both to remedy general or localized fluid retention, as for other genitourinary problems: kidney stones, urinary tract infections, cystitis, urethritis, inflammation of the bladder or prostate. It also helps to lose weight. It helps to eliminate excess fluids. Echisetum strengthens nails and hair.

It helps to increase growth, improve the appearance and correct the weakness of the nails, keeping them firm, and hair, preventing the appearance of gray hair, due to its silica content, a key component of connective tissue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Instructions for use

Horsetail to take in infusion. Macerate 2-3 teaspoons of Horsetail in water and then boil for ten minutes with a glass of water. Drink three cups a day. Store in a dry place.
