I have always used Belcils mascara because I wear contact lenses and I have very sensitive eyes. I did my eye liner with this pencil and put the mascara on. I don't know if it's "too much" but it's supposed to be the usual steps. I felt like I couldn't see well, that I had gotten product in my eye. And the mascara is not the culprit because I've been using it for a while. I'll try again anyway.
