Description

Food supplement made from vitamin C and zinc. It is an effective vitamin complex that helps to take care of the natural defenses, ideal for times of cold or change of season. Vitamin C helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue to cope with the day to day, and to protect cells against oxidative damage. Zinc is an essential mineral for the maintenance of vision, bones, hair, nails and skin. Contains 1000mg of vitamin C and 5 mg of zinc per capsule.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.

Composition

L-Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Citrate, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Capsule (gelatin, colouring: E-171).
