Instructions for use

Try to drink 2 litres of water a day, when you substitute the food for the bars, before and after eating the bars drink water.

Composition

Milk proteins, fructose syrup, dark chocolate coating (20%)* (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat, emulsifier : soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), fructo-oligosaccharide syrup, stabiliser..: sorbitol, minerals (potassium citrate, sodium citrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium phosphate, zinc sulphate, elemental iron, manganese gluconate, copper citrate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite), cartam oil, beet fibres, emulsifier..: lecithin, white chocolate flavour, vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, calcium pantothenate, D, thiamine, riboflavin, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin), glucose syrup, lactose, antioxidants : ascorbyl palmitate and alpha tocopherol, emulsifier : soya lecithin.
