Shake:
·Pour the contents of two servings into 180 to 200ml of cold water.
·Stir vigorously or use a blender until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Cream:
·Slowly add the contents of three servings into 90 or 100ml of cold water.
·Stir with a blender or a fork until all the contents are dissolved.
·Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes or until a firm consistency is obtained.
Mousse:
·Prepare in the same way as the cream, but add an egg white and stir vigorously or use a blender.
·Refrigerate for a few minutes.
