Biocop Piadina Spelt 225g

Piadina is a thin, ready-baked dough of Italian origin. In this case it is made with spelt flour. The flame cooking system gives it an appreciated taste and texture. Like fajitas or tortillas it is ideal for a quick meal, snack, breakfast, snack or appetizer. It can be filled with both sweet and savoury fillings. Each bag contains 3 piadinas. May contain traces of soya. Store in a cool, dry place. Once the product has been opened, for best preservation, keep the package tightly closed.

Recommended to heat a non-stick griddle or frying pan for one minute on each side, place the ingredients on top and then roll or fold the piadina.
