Description

Deodorant stick that helps to provide hydration and combat extreme sweating in the armpits. It is a moisturising and anti-perspirant emulsion for daily hygiene. Suitable for all skin types. Formulated with 1% Urea, the antibacterial action of triclosan and talc microcapsules. Does not contain alcohol. Keeps underarms feeling moist and soft. It also maintains the pH of the skin, responsible for the acid balance that protects it from possible infections. Does not stain clothes. Protection and freshness for 24h with aquafitness scent. Leaves a slightly powdery and dry finish, not sticky or visible, after drying. Suitable for sensitive skin, alcohol free, paraben free, and skin affinity tested.

Instructions for use

Apply to dry underarm skin after daily cleansing.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Sweating is a natural mechanism to regulate body temperature, a process that intensifies during physical activity or when feeling nervous. Sweat is made of water, mineral salts and waste substances which, when in contact with the skin microbiota bacteria, are degraded, resulting in an unpleasant odour.

Deodorants or antiperspirants are cosmetics with one of the following functions: blocking some of the sweat glands (aluminium salts), deodorising sweat (flavouring agents), with antiseptic activity (alum mineral) or capable of rebalancing odour-causing microorganisms (pre- and probiotic ingredients). If the skin is irritated, avoid products containing alcohol and opt for soothing and moisturising ingredients instead.

You can find deodorants in several formats. Spray deodorants dry quickly, although they are not recommended if your skin is sensitive or reactive. Stick or roll-on deodorants are easy to apply and provide a feeling of comfort. Cream and soaked wipes allow for application to specific areas of the body with hypersweating issues. Finally, there are also cleansing gels and powders with a deodorant or antiperspirant function.
