Bonusan Vitamin D3 25 Mcg/1000 u 90 Caps is a dietary supplement in gel capsule form that provides a daily dose of Vitamin D3 of 25mcg. This product does not contain additives such as omega-6 and is easily absorbed thanks to extra virgin olive oil. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of the immune system, as well as to the health of bones, teeth and mouth. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. It is recommended to take 1 pearl per day during or after a meal, without exceeding the recommended dose.
Vitamin D3 is produced in the dermis (deep layer of the skin) through the stimulation of UVB radiation. To a lesser extent, it can also be obtained through diet, with animal products such as oily fish.
