Better for my osteoarthritis than anything my doctor has prescribed. I don't abuse its use but I notice relief when I apply it and as it is not ingested medication it doesn't affect my stomach. For the record although I prefer natural I understand that everything is not harmless - Digitalis, Belladonna, Aconite etc.
