Description

Dietary supplement that helps to facilitate and promote sleep and relaxation. Made from melatonin and griffonia extract. The melatonin contained helps in the night's rest, as it contributes to the reduction of the time needed to fall asleep. Griffonia, titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), acts on relaxation (sleep), mental well-being and normal mood. Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use

-Take 0.5 ml (containing 1 mg of melatonin), once a day, at night before bedtime.

-Shake the vial before use. Use the dropper included in the package.

You may have heard the term "circadian rhythms" and not known exactly what it refers to.
