Cal Valls honey is made from the delicate nectar of heather flowers, Erica umbellata. They grow in the mountains in wooded areas. These delicate flowers give it a fresh and exuberant flavour. Its dark, almost black colour and its touch of bitter notes make this product an atypical, characteristic and highly appreciated honey. In addition, this honey has medicinal properties, especially for respiratory, cardiac and urinary tract diseases. No additives are added during processing and it is preserved on its own.
