Mask to minimise the signs of aging on the face

Description

This product of the brand Catrice Cosmetics is inspired by the Disney villains. It is a mask for the face. It contains shea butter that provides softness to the skin. It also has glycerin, an ingredient that facilitates greater hydration to the skin. In addition, it includes hyaluronic acid. This component, although naturally present in the skin, when applied as a supplement allows for greater rejuvenation and helps wounds to heal faster.

This mask helps to minimise the signs of aging present on the face. The product has been developed for use on all skin types. No animal tests have been carried out during testing. The mask comes in a pack of two, so that it can be conveniently applied twice.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
