Description

Cemefar bag reusable heat cold Gel is a proper compress to make therapies requiring both cold and heat. Speed recovery and reduce pain, so it is especially useful to treat ailments such as muscle pulls, abdominal pains, rheumatism, back pain, cramps, twists, sprains, headaches, dental discomfort or tendinitis.

This product is non-toxic and external application only. It is valid for microwave and always remains flexible.

Instructions for use

For use in cold: place in freezer at least 1 hour. Wrap in a cloth and apply in the area to be treated.

For use in hot: can immerse themselves in a container with water, freshly boiled for 10 minutes or soak in a bowl of water and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. If you need more heat can continue cooking in 30-second intervals. When it is hot wrap in a cloth and apply in the area to be treated.
